Acknowledgement

By installing or using the Simple Rishta app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement, as well as the applicable terms, policies, and laws.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account through a mobile device, application, or computer, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue the use of the Service immediately.

Eligibility

To create an account or use the Service, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
You must not have been convicted of a felony or an indictable offense.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is solely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact us immediately to secure your account.

Modification and Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. In the event of a suspension or termination, we will provide advance notice unless extenuating circumstances, such as security or safety concerns, prevent us from doing so.

You may terminate your account at any time for any reason by following the instructions in the “Settings” section of the Service. Simple Rishta reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice if we determine that you have violated this Agreement.

Safety and Member Interactions

At Simple Rishta, we aim to create a respectful and secure community, but we do not take responsibility for members’ Behavior, whether on or off the platform. Please exercise caution when interacting with others, especially if you choose to communicate outside the app or meet in person.

You are fully responsible for your interactions with other members. Simple Rishta does not perform background checks or verify users’ histories. We do not make any guarantees regarding a member’s behavior or intentions. Our verification process is restricted to the documents provided and uploaded by users.

Your Rights and Permissions on Simple Rishta

Simple Rishta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your personal device(s) solely for accessing our matrimonial services. This license is intended for personal use and is subject to the following restrictions:

You may not:

Use the Service or its content for any commercial purposes without our written consent.
Copy, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any copyrighted material, trademarks, trade names, service marks, or proprietary information available through the Service without prior written consent.
Claim or imply that your statements are endorsed by Simple Rishta.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code that could compromise the security of the Service.
Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of information transmitted through the Service.
“Frame” or “mirror” any part of the Service without prior written authorization.
Modify, adapt, translate, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
Use or develop third-party applications that interact with the Service or other users’ information without written consent.
Access, use, or publish the Simple Rishta API without written consent.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, its systems, or networks.
Encourage or promote any activities that violate this Agreement.

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against any unauthorized or illegal use of the Service, including termination of your account.

Additionally, any software provided as part of the Service may automatically download and install updates, upgrades, or new features. You may manage automatic updates through your device settings.

Rights and Permissions You Grant to Simple Rishta

When you create an account on the Simple Rishta platform, you grant Simple Rishta a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, and distribute any information you provide. This includes content from third parties, such as Facebook, as well as any content you upload, post, or make available on the Service or transmit to other members.

You confirm that all information you submit during account creation is accurate, truthful, and that you have the rights to post such content on the Service.

You understand and agree that Simple Rishta may monitor and review any content you post on the platform. We reserve the right to delete any content, in whole or in part, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that it violates this Agreement or could harm the reputation of the Service.

When communicating with our customer support team, you agree to maintain a respectful and courteous tone. If we deem your Behavior towards customer care representatives or employees to be threatening, harassing, or offensive, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.

The Simple Rishta app, including its source code, design, features, and all related content, is owned by the Developer (Khired Networks) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the app without prior written consent from the Developer.

Legal Compliance

You agree to use the Simple Rishta App in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to privacy, data protection, and intellectual property. You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the App does not violate any local, state, or international laws.

Community Guidelines

By using the Service, you agree to the following rules and agree that you will not:

Use the Service for any illegal purposes or in violation of this Agreement.
Use the Service for harmful or malicious activities.
Engage in any activity that could damage Simple Rishta or its reputation.
Violate our Community Guidelines, which may be updated periodically.
Spam, solicit money from, or defraud other members.
Impersonate any individual or entity, or post images of others without their consent.
Bully, “stalk,” intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat, or defame any person.
Post content that infringes on anyone’s rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contract rights.
Post content that includes hate speech, threats, sexually explicit material, or pornography.
Post content that incites violence or includes nudity or graphic violence.
Post content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm toward any group or individual.
Solicit passwords or personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other members or share personal information without permission.
Use another member’s account, share an account with others, or maintain multiple accounts.
Create a new account if your previous account has been terminated, unless permitted by us.

User Content Accountability

While Simple Rishta reserves the right to review and remove content that violates this Agreement, the responsibility for the content posted lies solely with the member who submitted it. Simple Rishta cannot guarantee that all content will fully comply with this Agreement. If you encounter any content on the Service that you believe violates this Agreement, please report it through the Service or by using our contact form.

Disclaimers

Simple Rishta offers the Service “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the Service, including but not limited to any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

Simple Rishta does not guarantee or make any promises that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; any defects or issues in the Service will be fixed, or any content or information obtained through the Service will be accurate.

We do not take responsibility for any content shared, sent, or received by you, other members, or third parties through the Service. Any content downloaded or accessed via the Service is done at your own risk and discretion.

Third-Party Advertisements and Links

The Service may include advertisements, promotions, and links to external websites or resources provided by third parties. Simple Rishta is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these external sites or resources. If you engage with third parties through the Service, their terms and conditions will apply to your interactions. Simple Rishta is not liable for any actions or terms of these third parties.

Third Party Beneficiary

This Agreement does not create any third-party beneficiaries, except for the Developer’s affiliates, agents, and licensors, who may enforce their rights under this Agreement. You agree that third parties providing services or content through the app are not liable to you for any claims or damages arising out of your use of the app.

Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement (including any alleged breach) or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through BINDING ARBITRATION, administered in accordance with the ARBITRATION ACT, 1940.

Liability Protection

You agree to protect and compensate Simple Rishta, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or losses, including legal fees, that may arise from your use of the Service, your Content, or if you break any rules in this Agreement.

Payment Policy

You may purchase a paid Membership for one or more of the services offered by the Company. Upon verification, your paid Membership will grant you access solely to the specific service for which you have registered.

The Company reserves the right to modify the pricing of any service at its discretion. If you disagree with the pricing of a service, you may choose not to proceed with the purchase. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no refunds will be issued, except in exceptional cases such as significant service disruptions.

Vouchers and Special Discounts

By selecting a discounted package, you acknowledge that the discount applies only to the first month or specified duration of the subscription. After the discounted period ends, you will be required to purchase the standard subscription package.

Taxes Included

The prices listed for the services already include any relevant local taxes, so you don’t have to worry about additional tax charges on top of the listed price.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we do not offer a cancellation policy for any paid packages or provide any returns. Once a subscription or service is purchased, it is non-refundable.

Termination

The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or the Developer’s interests. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Simple Rishta concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and the Simple Rishta.
