What is Simple Rishta and how does it work?

We have a large database of candidates from different cities and countries with diverse backgrounds. To get started, the candidate or their family needs to register and create a profile on our app. Once the profile is complete, they can view registered members and connect with those who match their requirements.
Is Simple Rishta a matrimonial app or a marriage bureau?
Simple Rishta is a modern online matrimonial app and platform designed with advanced tools and features. Unlike traditional marriage bureaus, where most of the process is managed by agents, Simple Rishta empowers parents and individuals to independently create profiles, explore matches, and directly connect with other registered members.
Who can register on Simple Rishta matrimonial app?
Both individuals and parents can register on Simple Rishta. Individuals can create a profile for themselves, while parents, siblings, or guardians can register on behalf of their children or family members to help find suitable matches.
Is Simple Rishta service available only in Pakistan or internationally?
Simple Rishta is available both in Pakistan and internationally, connecting users with potential matches from different cities and countries around the world.
In which cities do Simple Rishta have offices?
Simple Rishta operates entirely online and does not have physical offices. This allows you to register on our app and find a suitable match, regardless of your location or city.
Why should I create an account on Simple Rishta?
Creating an account lets you quickly find, view, and connect with suitable matches in a simple and secure way.
Can I interact with members without registering?
No, you must register and create a profile on Simple Rishta to view and interact with other members.
What happens after I find a suitable match?
Once you find a suitable match on Simple Rishta, you can connect and communicate with the member through the app to explore compatibility and take the next steps toward marriage.
Registration & Profile Creation
How do I register on Simple Rishta?
You can register on Simple Rishta by downloading the app or visiting the website, then providing basic details to create your profile and start exploring suitable matches.
What information is needed to create a matrimonial profile?
To create a matrimonial profile, you need to provide your basic personal information, contact details, a photo, education, profession, and family details.
Is registration free on Simple Rishta?
Yes, registration on Simple Rishta is completely free.
Can parents or guardians create profiles on behalf of their children?
Yes, Simple Rishta allows parents or guardians to create profiles for their children.
Is it necessary to upload a photograph when registering?
Yes, uploading a recent photo is recommended as it creates the first impression. You can choose to keep it private using the ‘blur image’ option, and your privacy is fully protected.
How many photos can I add to my profile?
You can add up to 10 photos to your profile.
How long does it take to register my profile?
Your profile is registered as soon as you complete all required information. It becomes visible to members only after the first page is fully completed.
Can I edit my profile after registering?
Yes, you can edit your profile anytime by going to Settings → My Profile → Edit.
Can I create multiple accounts with the same email address?
No, Simple Rishta does not allow multiple accounts with the same email address.
What are partner preferences and how do I set them?
Partner preferences let you specify what you’re looking for in a match. After completing your profile, the Preferences page shows up—fill in your choices to see matches based on them.
Can I update my partner preferences later?
Yes, you can update your partner preferences anytime. Tap the filter icon (top right corner), reset your choices, make changes, and apply.
Does Simple Rishta verify profiles before approval?
Yes, at Simple Rishta, we verify email addresses and manually review all profiles. Additionally, users can upload documents for further verification.
What information does Simple Rishta verify?
Email verification is mandatory. Users can also upload documents to verify details such as name, age, photo, nationality, address, education, job title, company, profession, salary, accommodation, and police record.
Is it required to fill out every field on the registration form?
The first page is mandatory. On other pages, some fields are required while others are optional, but we recommend completing the entire form so people can know you better and get in touch.

How do I find suitable matches on the Simple Rishta?
After completing your profile and preferences, Simple Rishta shows matches based on your criteria. To see matches outside your preferences, use the filter icon at the top right corner.
Can I search for matches on Simple Rishta by city, caste, or profession?
Yes, you can search for matches on Simple Rishta by city, caste, or profession.
How can I access a specific profile on Simple Rishta App?
You can access a specific profile by using the search or filter options and clicking on the profile you want to view
Can I shortlist or bookmark profiles?
The Simple Rishta app has a “Like” button that lets you save profiles for later viewing
How accurate are the matches shown on Simple Rishta?
Simple Rishta uses AI-based matching to show profiles that best suit your preferences.
Communication & Connection
How can I contact other members on the Simple Rishta?
Simple Rishta has an in-app chat feature. You can send messages to members and also send a contact request to view their phone number.
Can I contact other members outside Simple Rishta, such as via WhatsApp, social media, or email?
Simple Rishta does not recommend contacting members outside the platform for security reasons. However, members may choose to share their contact information and communicate externally at their own discretion.
Is chat available on the Simple Rishta website and app?
Yes, Simple Rishta offers an in-app chat feature on both the website and the app.
Can I make voice or video calls through the platform?
Not yet, but voice and video calls will be available soon.
Can I block or report a user?
Yes, you can block or report any user directly through the app or website for safety and security.

Your phone number and email are hidden by default and only visible if you accept a contact request.

Profile privacy lets you control what information other users can see. You can choose to hide your photo, while contact details remain hidden and are only shown when you accept a contact request.

How much is the registration fee for Simple Rishta?
Registration on Simple Rishta is free. The free plan allows you to view up to 15 profiles, send messages to 3 users, and send 3 contact requests. To access more features or connect with more members, paid plans are available.
What premium plans does Simple Rishta offer?

What is the purpose of premium plans?
Simple Rishta’s premium plans offer several advantages, including filtering out fake or inactive profiles, showing your seriousness to other members, and increasing your chances of finding a suitable match more quickly.
How do I make a payment?
You can make a payment on Simple Rishta by selecting a premium plan and following the in-app or website instructions to complete the payment using the available methods.
What payment methods are accepted?
On the Simple Rishta app, payments can be made via Google Pay (Android) or Apple Pay (iOS). If you prefer JazzCash or EasyPaisa, please visit our website. Users in Pakistan and abroad can also pay using credit or Visa cards.
Where can I find details of my payments and remaining quota?
You can check your payment history and remaining quota in Settings → Quota Balance & Payment History in your account. This section provides a clear overview of all transactions and your current balance.
Are online payments on Simple Rishta safe?
Yes, online payments on Simple Rishta are safe. We use secure payment gateways and encryption to protect your financial information.
Can I make payments on Simple Rishta in foreign currency?
Currently, all payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees. However, you can use Google Pay, Apple Pay, or any international credit/Visa card, and the payment will be charged in your local currency.
Is it possible to make payment at Simple Rishta office?
No, Simple Rishta operates entirely online and does not accept payments at any office.
Can I purchase a Simple Rishta premium package multiple times?
Yes, at Simple Rishta, you can buy a premium package, and once it expires, you can purchase it again.
If I don’t get a response, is there a money-back guarantee?
No, Simple Rishta does not offer a money-back guarantee. The premium package gives access to the service but does not guarantee a match.
Does Simple Rishta deduct automatic payments for premium packages?
No, Simple Rishta does not deduct payments automatically. You need to manually purchase each premium package.
Is there a refund policy?
No, Simple Rishta does not offer refunds. However, if you accidentally purchase a package twice, or a technical error causes a double payment, a refund can be issued upon submission of proof.
Managing Your Profile
How do I delete or deactivate my profile?
Go to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account and follow the prompts.
What happens once my profile is deleted?
Your profile will no longer be visible, but data is retained on our servers for three years in case you want to reactivate it. After deletion, the same email cannot be used to create a new account unless you contact support at info@simplerishta.pk.
Can I reactivate my profile after deletion or deactivation?
Profile reactivation is not automatic. To reactivate your account, please contact our support team at info@simplerishta.pk for assistance.
Can I change my email or phone number linked to my account?
The primary email used to create your account cannot be changed or deleted. However, you can update any additional email addresses and your contact number through your account settings.
Technical Help & Support
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page and following the instructions sent to your registered email.
I can’t log into my account. What should I do?
Check your email and password, then try resetting your password if needed. If the problem persists, contact support at info@simplerishta.pk for assistance.
The app/website is not working properly—what should I do?
Try clearing your browser/app cache or updating to the latest version. If the issue continues, contact support at info@simplerishta.pk for assistance.
How can I update the app to the latest version?
Visit the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) and select Update for the Simple Rishta app if a new version is available.
How can users from other countries contact Simple Rishta?

Do you have a WhatsApp number?
WhatsApp is available only for collecting user feedback. We do not share profiles or handle registrations through WhatsApp.

Can a marriage bureau use Simple Rishta’s services?
Currently, Simple Rishta does not officially collaborate with marriage bureaus. However, individual marriage bureau representatives can register profiles and search for matches on the platform.
