The membership and service fees paid to Simple Rishta are non-refundable. Once a user gets registered at our website or makes any payment, the fee is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

Users are encouraged to thoroughly explore our platform and assess the suitability of our services before making any payments. By creating a profile at Simple Rishta, users acknowledge their commitment to the agreed-upon fees for the specified services. Users need to pay fees either monthly or when they use up their free quota. 

Monthly Charges & Quota Renewal:

Registration at Simple Rishta is free, but users need to pay charges either monthly or when they use up their free quota. If users finish their quota before a month, they have to pay again. The unused quota after one month will expire. 

Service Quality:  

We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service quality. If you encounter any issues or have concerns, please contact our customer support team for assistance.  

Quota Activation:  

Upon the successful payment of fees, your quota will be immediately activated. This grants you access to various features and functionalities on our platform. 

Cancellation Policy:  

Users have the option to de-activate their profile at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the subscription.  

Service Termination:  

Simple Rishta reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user who violates our terms of service without any refund. 

Exceptional Circumstances:  

In exceptional cases, where technical issues or errors on our part prevent the use of subscribed services, we will review and address concerns on a case-by-case basis.
